For some reason TMAC is dropping, don't know why. Wouldn't mind him or the kid from Ohio state. But I'm thinking TE. Warren and Loveland will prolly be gone. Mason Taylor is a good prospect with good hands and size, needs to work on his blocking thou. I think we can trade back and still get him.

(in which I'm so glad that didn't happen, because Verse felled to us)
because they knew they only had three TEs going into the season,
and one of those TEs in Long was coming off a knee injury,
while Higbee also with a knee injury,
that he wouldn't be able to play until later during the season.

Going into this season,
are TEs are healthy no rookie is going to start over Higbee or Parkinson.
The RAMs mostly use the 11PG,
and both Higbee and Parkinson can do both in blocking and going down the seam.

As I stated, the RAMs are looking to make the SB for these next two years,
especially in 2026, where the SB will be played in Sofi for that season.
And if we don't win the SB for this coming season,
I can see the Rams resigning both Higbee and RT/R-Hav to a two-year contract,
with one year guarantee for the 2026 season to make another SB run.

So, I don't see them wasting a pick in the 1st rd for a TE!
The same goes for a WR, with Puka, TAE, Tutu, & Whit,
or a QB with QB1/Staff and QB2/JimmyGQ secured.

The reason why I listed those three, T, ILB, CB for the 1st rd pick,

For Tackle, we need a swing for back up,
I don't trust McClendon, and I don't know if Leveston could handle it,
cause he was drafted to be a G, even though he played T in college.
Then we have Arcuri that was on the PS, so, that is not saying much about him.

ILB, we only have Speight from the 53-man roster at the end of the season.
From the PS, we had Neal & Fields
I still think we need another stud ILB at that position to go along with Speight.

CB, this one would be my last choice,
If not a shutdown CB, then move on,
Cause we are pretty well covered there with CB,
With Durant, Williams, Forbes, Kendricks coming off a knee injury,
Wallace & Woods both from the PS up and down on the active.
and possibly a FA signing.

Once again, this if we don't sign anymore FA prior to the draft!

Yes, I agree, I can see us trading down to accumulate more picks!

I hear what you are saying and I still think the Rams trade back for more picks, but I could also see a scenario where between QB's and defensive players being drafted that the Rams may have an offensive player fall to them they like a lot whether it is TE or WR. Higs is close to the end and Adams isnt far behind.

But Iike I said I think they trade back (if they can) to a CB, TE (Arroyo) and RT.

When I wrote this, as I stated, if they don't pick up any more FA,
As of now, they picked up two FA, ILB/Landman & resigned CB/Witherspoon.
.
I also see a trade down, but now with those two FA pickups,
They opened up the door to where they can choose the best player available.

Still, need a swing T.

I don’t think they will go up to the top 15 where the top blue chippers are. They either stay to see if one of those blues drops. Or they trade down if they can. The ratings of players 15/20 through 50/60 are probably very close. Everything depends on who fits the Rams’ player profile. There will be a lot of options and the more picks the better.

Just listened to an interview on MTC of Isaac TeSlaa. Arkansas WR. Really impressed. He tracks as a late round pick.

6’4” - 214 - 4.43/40 - 1.51/10 split - 69 total explosive measurables (vert/broad/bench sum) - played a lot in the slot. Compares himself to Puka.

This guy sounds like a Ram when you hear him answer questions. Gonna watch some film on him.

Might be worth a late round pick.
