Work ethic because he's shown improvement. Guys like Bobby Brown think what they did in college should immediately translate in the NFL. Bobby struggled with shedding blocks in college and still does years later.

Murchison has done what is asked of him. He's been more of a rotational DE so he dropped weight to add some speed. He's played STs and simply keeps doing what he must to carve out his fit in the NFL. That is work ethic.
