Coen and Gladstone, could be great, or not.

Coen is gonna call the plays so don't think Waldron figures very much one way or the other...

IMO Gladstone will be successful. Coen I am more skeptical about and understood he will be calling plays, but you do want good offensive minds in the building. Just not a Waldron even when he was with McVay.
