The world of AI reporting has certainly changed since then.

4 years ago, Wow! Back then artificial spiders could pull in those links in a few minutes, now AI bots can assimilate the articles and generate their own.

I don't know what is available in the Raider's media room any more. My source moved on elsewhere.

It would be awesome, if the next time someone has "Breakfast" with the Rams, if they could ask what is available to members of the press in the Rams media room.

I gave up years ago following most draft prognosticators. Very few are consistently accurate and those that are more so than others simply parrot what others are saying. The problem is very few except have the connection in more than just a few team so their "insight" is limited. Jourdain is a refreshing exception. She is honest and insightful and sticks to what she knows.

This year I see as a transition year for the Rams. That doesn't mean they can't contend because they most certainly can. Their defense is in place with dynamic playmakers and a very good DC.

The transition I speak of will be primarily on the offense. Whether it's Stafford or Garopolo starting at QB1 I think they are transitional for this year. I even more than before see a new QB1 who the Rams would hope would be their franchise QB for years to come starting in 2026. I think this offense will begin to transition into a hybrid of what it was through 2021 to what it became (i.e. more ball control) subsequent to the SB. I think McVay wants and needs to increase the threat level to an offense that can control the clock but presents a viable threat to score from anywhere on the field.

I see the reason for Kupp's trade is the emergence of Whittington. Jordan's speed and size present the type of threat that Woods presented. Robinson and Puka will still give Sean his intermediate passing attack, but Whittington gives them a HR hitter on any given play. I foresee the biggest change coming in the run attack. I see it remaining as a between the tackles, gap blocked design but with a RB that offers the vision and interior agility of Williams with the breakaway speed of Akers. If Williams had 4.4 speed his extension would be all but assured. Williams is a perfect fit as a move the chains possession type of RB (as long as he doesn't fumble) but clearly doesn't offer a scoring threat on each play so defenses play him that way. They can crowd the LOS with no fear.

The Rams will be in transition but just like last season, they can be a legitimate contender. The so called experts panned the Rams as a bottom feeder team last September simply because Donald retired. They are doing it again with the potential trade of Stafford. As I said with Donald, you replace the production and threat level and the Rams did exactly that. They will do the same with improved RB and a good young QB1. I think the Rams will prove the doubters wrong again.
