I love this hiring. In case you don't know who he is this video is a great lead in.

Wilkins is cut in the mold of Chris Shula. If the Rams lose Shula next year don't be surprised if Wilkins isn't promoted to DC if Pleasant promoted. Wilkins background suggests the would be every bit as aggressive as a DC as Shula.

I couldn't agree more with these guys that this was a great hire.
