Glenn could be great and what do i know, but i think this is really stupid, glad i'm not a Jets fan.

They just got done with a hot DC, Saleh, and that failed. Plus Glenn comes from a team that's good because of their offense. At least the Niners were very good on defense when Saleh was there.

And, the #1 thing IMO, you have to get right is the passing game. Hire a HC that has a good chance of getting that done or you're always gonna be playing catch up. And if you do find yourself a good OC, he'll get a HC job sooner than later...

No disrepect, I like Glenn. The Lions' defense was much improved this year before all the injuries. But this is not how you fix the Jets.
