From the media it sounds like:

OL
LT Noteboom
LG Avila
C Limmer
RG J. Jackson
RT McClendon

QB: Garoppolo
RB: Corum
WR: Robinson, Atwell, Whittington
TE: Parkinson and Allen

Defense:

Backup rotational guys starting. Starters rotated in as necessary (i.e. 3rd downs). I would expect starting boundary CBs to be Durant and Forbes

That isn't a typical rest your starters type of starting roster. Jimmy has been practicing with those WRs on the scout team so his timing with them should be good. Offensively they will be good inside on the OL. They will occasionally have problems on the edges with both McClendon and Noteboom.

It sounds like the Rams intend to try to run the ball down the Hawks's throat and change it up with short to intermediate passing. It's the same basic philosophy Jimmy had with the Niners. If the Rams can consistently run the ball I see them winning this game. I think we won't see starters on the defense until the Hawks pass the Ram 40. With Avila, Limmer, and Jackson inside their inside run game should be there. If the Rams get that going it will slow down the outside pass rush.

I can see the Rams winning a one-score game. The problem is that playing that kind of game keeps the Hawks in it. Bury them early and I think they will fold up by the 4th quarter if they trail by more than 10.

Also, the playcalling of both offense and defense has been an issue all year with the Hawks. If anyone is playing for their jobs it's the OC and DC in Seattle.

ILB/Speights, ILB/Rozeboom
CB/Durant, CB/Forbes
S/Kinchen, Star/Lake, S/Curl
