I would love it, but more so just want the win. I want to see our DL and overall defense play much better then they did in week 2.

Personally, I expect a win against the Cardinals will seal the division for the Rams, will see.

Again IMO it will come down to simply the Rams beating themselves. They have the ultimate motivation to win. Despite all they say, the Cards will be simply playing the season out. They had every reason to win to stay competitive in the wildcard race. But they couldn't muster enough up to beat a the last place Panthers.

As long as they don't get stupid penalties or turn the ball over the Rams should take this game. No need to add drama, because the Rams are clearly the better team with everything to play for. Had AZ not lost on Sunday I'd be inclined to say that maybe there is still some life to them.

The key to beating Kyler at this stage of the season is simple. He throws almost exclusively under 10 yds because unless coverage is dropped he can't read defenses. Against a weak defense he completed 20 passes for 202 yds with one TD and one INT. Wow I'm scared.

Like I've been saying all season, Conner is their offense. Limit his runs and score early and often on the Cards and they will fold up. Kyler can't carry this team without Conner's run production. Murray is a bad joke as a franchise QB with a record of 39-58 so far. Murray has only one winning season which was 2021 at 11-6 yet every year someone drags him out as a big bad boogie man. LMFAO

The only thing that can be said about Kyler Murray is that he is consistently mediocre and needs the opposition to make big mistakes or he's toast. He beat a Rams team down 3 or 4 starters with a bunch of raw rookies starting. He's facing a much better and completely healthy Rams team. Let's see how he fares this time around.

Interesting, why play Conner if your season is over. McVay would never risk injuring a player. Coaching staff needs more wins?!?

With both starting OTs out I agree it makes no sense in playing Conner but he is the offense. Do they even play Kyler? If they do I think it will show that Kyler is probably not in their long term plans. The guy is a complete bust and the Cards simply don't want to admit it. They have an out next year, an expensive one but better than paying for dead weight. It's why I see them drafting a QB in the first round and using his rookie contract to absorb the dead cap from Kyler.

So do they fold this season and treat it as an extended pre-season game to see who they have among their depth roster worth keeping? If I were them I would. Why risk guys you are looking at as starters next year in two meaningless games while improving their draft position for their QB1. They want to play a Philly style RPO type offense and Kyler is fast but he isn't that kind of QB.

Without their starting OTs Kyler will be meat on the table for Verse and Young with Turner and Fiske working the interior. I don't see the Rams overlooking Murray, but their odds of winning went way up if both OTs and Conner aren't playing.

I see both Young & Verse licking their chops for this game!!!! :D :D :D

To make it even more fun, hopefully Conners is out for the game too!!!!

Now, AZ is gonna feel like what we felt when we were missing our starting OL

The first game, we were missing, Alaric Jackson, Steve Avila, and no Puka Nacua or Higbee.

While Cooper Kupp got injured during the game too.

I smell what you are cooking, but lets not get to ahead of ourselves. Our front 5 havent's exactly lit up the sack board lately and in week 2 they were absolutely humiliated by Kyler and company. Lets prove it first.

And yes no Conner lol.
