We can officially put a cap on this horrible season. No way I see this team winning more than one or two more games. The last 3 games are going to help determine who is on the roster next year, who gets released and who they try and trade.

Great game by the defense, held them to 2 FGs. But also a great game by their defense, held us to 4 FGs.

Both teams scratching their heads thinking, why can't our defnese play like that every game? Now if only the offense would be more consistent and we can play a complete game?

They were letting them play too. In most games, Rams would've got hit for some DPIs,

deserved or not, that's just how it usually goes in today's NFL, but not last night...

The DB's were the stars of the game plain and simple. Witherspoon was great from the start, DW was tight in coverage and excellent INT. Q and Kitchens also with big plays. See what happens when we get a pass rush.

Seems everybody hates Collinsworth!!! But haven't all the announcers made a point of the niners sweeping the Rams when that happens? Or the 6 in a row prior to the 2021 CCG? Or the 17 in a row from 1990-98? Suck it up buttercup!!!! It's a rivalry and whenever one team sweeps or has a streak, it's a point made often. All I can say is, if half those comments above are accurate, grow some thick skin because a streak is headed back your way!!!!

I honestly think Kyle S. is a pretty darn good coach. Sure, he hasn't been able to win the big one in multiple tries but the Whiners can do a lot worse for sure. I'd be happy to see them firing Kyle, that's a win for us for sure...!

This is what is being said currently. This is in direct contrast to what they were saying last year. How Purdy is "elite", Shanahan is the best coach in the NFCW....etc, etc.

During the game I was linked in via a friend on a regular fan forum. Most were in hysterics, complete disbelief, like their team hasn't stunk all year.

The reason I have been saying for over a year that this year is when the wheels fall off for the Niners is because of Shanahan's culture. It's "Me not We" so they come apart when things get tough. They are a collection of egos that need to be fed. Too many divas. Their fan base is much the same way.
