Don't look now but there are only 7 teams in the NFC with a better record than the Rams. An eighth, Chicago has the same record and owns the tiebreaker since beating the Rams. But they still have to play Minnesota, Green Bay and Detroit twice! Throw in Seattle and San Francisco and they have a daunting schedule. There's a very good chance the Giants, Saints and Panthers won't have a better record than the Rams. Dallas too. Tampa is 4-5 and their schedule doesn't look bad. As always, the best path to the playoffs is by winning the division and the Rams are in the thick of that. They simply have to keep winning. Particularly within the division. One certain way to contend for the division and postseason if they don't capture that is win their conference games (5 remaining) and one of the 3 games vs the AFC. Or lose only 1 conference game and win 2 of the 3 vs the AFC. A tall order but get healthy and either is a distinct possibility. It starts with Miami this week!
