This was a weird game.

Everyone on the RAMs had some highlights and some mistakes.

The Hags defense put us in check in the first quarter,

& most of the first half of the second quarter.

As I posted early, the Hags really disguised their defense pretty good,

they made it look like they were playing zone, not following the man in motion.

Basically, they played man who ever was on their size if not in zone,

Depending on what our offense was doing.

But they were actually mixing it up pretty well.

Then finally the RAMs figured it out at the end of the 2nd quarter where they score 3 pts.

The RAMs defense held the Hags offense for the first five drives.

But gave up two big plays off free plays because of penalties,

One scoring on a TD in the first half.

But most of the time, our frontline D was making it miserable for QB/Gino Smith.

Verse & Fiske were putting pressure all day, to included Young and Turner.

Our front line had 7/sacks, 8/TFL, 11/QB Hits

Then our backend getting three INTs,

with Kitchen getting two INT, one being a pick 6 for 103 yds.

On offense, Kupp with 11/Rec & 104yds, with one Rec being a toe tap sideline catch.

D-Rob with 6/Rec & 94yds 2/TD with that one handed/arm TD catch to win the game.

Stafford started off slow in the game, threw 1/INT, but he made up in the second half.

Giving Stafford another game winning drive for his stats.

That win puts us in second place in the Division.

Great game great win!!!!

I need to add,

I've been critical on Bobby Brown.

Because the DC has been playing him at the wrong position at DT

You see what happens when you put him at NT.

He clogs up the middle.

He made this play to stop the run on a critical 4 and 1.

My problem with Bobby Brown is he's limited in how he's used. He's best when played as a 1T NT. It's why I don't see him on the team next year. Tyler Davis IMO is better and is more versatile in how he's used. It's also why IMO they signed Gallimore.

When B Brown uses his size with power and leverage, he should be able to destroy whomever is in front of him and also anchor and stone any double team. He is just inconsistent. He plays like he’s a 3-Tech like many of you have noticed. He isn’t. He’s a 2 gap NT who can also be a 1-gap NT. But he has to keep his pad level down and use his lower body power consistently.

To add, he destroyed that 4th and 1 play by staying low, blowing the OG into the backfield then exploding down the LOS like a bowling ball taking Seattle OL with him. That was awesome. Speights had a clean read and explode to make the tackle.
