The difference is a lot of people didn't think Tebows game could translate to the NFL.

With Cook, most think low 1st high 2nd because his game translates to the NFL.

If your going to compare Tebow to Cook then I don't know what to tell you.

No I was pointing out it's foolish to say Cook will be a good NFL QB because his college teams fans loved him. I asked earlier what Cook had that Keenum, Foles and Mannion don't.

Honestly I think everything lol. We saw what Foles has and we will see what Cook and Mannion have in the next couple of years when they get a chance. I think Mannion has potential. I've never seen him play but it seem like he has all the tools.

Believe me, there is nothing I would like more then to see Mannion develop and become a legit QB for the Rams.

Yes I agree...he started the season playing decent, or at least as well as he did in 2014 overall, which was also decent. He then imploded. The way I put it is, he melted down. I think it had to do with the fact that playing with the Rams was only the 2nd time in his career from college on where he was not playing in a spread. (The first time was as a rookie under Reid...Kelly's offense obviously did not help him unlearn spread tendencies and assimilate to pro offensive approaches and tendencies.) Among many other things, that meant it was the first time other than his rookie year that he had to drop back from center reading defenses while setting up. Defenses did some things to trip him up, he did not have confidence in what he was doing, and crashed.

There is nothing in his career like his last 4 games with the Rams. That is, before, there is never anything with that many bad consecutive games clumped together. In his last 4 games he has qb ratings of 68.7, 53.0, 49.9, and 43.3. In those 4 games, he throws 1 TD and 5 INTs. He was never that bad before in consecutive games that way, even as a rookie.

I would love that too, unfortunately I think he and Cook are the next coming of Shaun Hill.
