Exactly PA. I think they have the right mix of vets and youth to really have a competitive camp and determine the best 53. I would like them to add a vet edge player before camp if possible - for all the aforementioned reasons.

They might. Man, I have watched a lot of Young video and this kid might be a stud. Hampton is a wild card. But they have not had great success with Edge draft picks, which is why they had to go out and get Fowler, Floyd and Miller. Hopefully, the worm has turned.

Nikola Kalinic attended York University, in Toronto, Ontario.....not far from ramsrams in suburban Mississauga, and played 3 seasons for the Hamilton TigerCats in the CFL, amassing 23 catches on 31 Targets for 192 yards, playing in 30 CFL games.

He missed the whole 2020 season for the TiCats, and in 2022 was a member of the Indianapolis Colts, getting into 7 games but no catches. The 6'4" 245 lb. 27 year old looks to be a blocking type TE.

Don't we have enough threads for you to vent and extemporize in?

Maybe keep this one to, you know, Rams roster moves?

I edited the above post and moved moved the off topic part here:

I’d look for him to get reps at FB as well.

Just a gut feeling. Someone with size, power, blocking ability, and decent to good hands will be getting reps at FB.

Might be this guy. Won’t be Higs or Hopkins.

Higs is our #1 all around TE. Maybe he's shopping for a Mundt. First the Ramsey trade with Long. Now this signing. Hopkims ain't that guy and drafting Allen was probably to groom to eventually replace Higbee. If things workout, we may see a lot more 12. Contrary to some opinions, these guys have a plan.....have always had a plan.

I’m thinking 3 + 1 on the PS. They need one who can be a joker and line up/play in line, flank, detached/outside, and at FB. This joker will be used and moved around a lot when they run 12-P. Hopkins ain’t it. Higs isn’t either. So there are 2 vets and the Rook who will likely be the guy moved to the PS

JMO.
