I was not for trading Bradford away but that trade may ultimately land the Rams a QBOTF. As it stands, the Eagles don't have a 2nd round pick because of that trade so it makes it very difficult to assume they will take a project QB with their first pick this year. It would seem like they would be compelled to take BPA rather than a developmental QB.

If they still had their 2nd? A QB pick for first time HC Pederson, a former QB, would seem more likely. But, I think he and the Eagles are going with the more known commodity and not resigning themselves to rebuild mode. As much as I like Lynch, who pundits are predicting as a choice for the Eagles at 13, starting him from day 1, not having a 2nd and installing a new system would all add up to a rebuild year.

If Lynch gets past the Eagles at 13, I'll be very happy if the Rams take him at 15. Keenum starts until Lynch is ready and the Rams would have essentially traded Bradford for Lynch. Which I could deal with.

I've been thinking along the same lines but Pederson came out today and stated that there was no competition between Bradford and Daniel and that they're still looking for a 3rd QB. Said they aren't taking any offers for Bradford.

Is Pederson used to lying to the press already?

Chris Givens is visiting with the Eagles and may be reunited with Bradford. IF he gets signed. IF Bradford doesn't get traded.
