Against the Bills:

We basically got beat on both sides of the trenches.

McVay's game plan got out played.

Starting with our Offense,

Our OL couldn't handle the pass rush.

We were getting beat, just with the Bills rushing four.

McVay didn't adjust fast enough.

IMO we should of had a TE helping to block on passing plays.

We gave up to many three and outs with no sustainable drives.

This put our defense back on the field too often.

In which that doesnt help the D either on a hot field day.

We should of taken the Bills game plan,

playing the game on quick plays on passing downs.

That would of helped our OL.

Looking at both QB time to throw.

Allen: 2.47

Stafford: 2.7

In which it caused 7 sacks & 15 QB hits

On the Defense:

We couldn't get pressure from the DL,

because the Bills were getting the ball out quick.

Our DBs should of been playing inside the five

and hit their WR to throw them off their routes.

Second, our DC should of had Ramsey just playing Diggs one on one,

and not have him play the star position.

We gave up too many 3rd down conversions,

The Bills were 9 out 10 on 3rd downs.

This was a total game plan mess on both sides of the Ball.

Then to add, on ST,

we need to tell our ST coach if the ball is caught in the end zones,

Down it.

Just poor game planning on all three phases of the game.

We were all sick and tired of the soft zone coverage bs last season and here we go doing more of the same. I'm sure Von mentioned it (not that a blind man couldn't see it) and the Bills picked us apart accordingly. 3rd and 5? Let's play our DBs 6 and 7 yards off the WR. Smh

Stafford needs to stop force feeding Kupp. Gonna get him worn out and killed by week 10. We have Robinson, Higbee and "Tutu" (sarcasm) out there.

Can we maybe try to NOT run the ball right into the teeth of their defense??? We run the same 3 run plays. How about some counters or tosses to the OUTSIDE ffs?

Lastly.... Imo Ramsey got exposed last postseason starting with Tampa. QBs aren't afraid of him and with good reason. All bark and no bite.

Let's see if these guys have the stones to correct and come out pissed next week.

This was a killer,

On the Defense,

We couldn't stop the Bills on 3rd down.

9 for 10 conversion.

I was there. Don't have a ton to add. It was crazy hot and humid (by LA standards) so basically i was sitting in my own sweat surrounded by Bills fans watching the Rams get out played in all phases of the game. Not a great experience. Overall i think the crowd was around 60/40 Rams but my section seems to always have a lot of visiting fans.

But it was only one game. On to the next...

Yeah, I feel a lot of those seats were bought by brokers,

So now if you are a new fan that wants to purchase a seat license,

You're basically out of luck. IMO

Hopefully the RAMs made some type of deal with the brokers,

to were if a buying wanted to purchase a SL, that the broker would have to sell,

with a fixed rate of percentage a little higher than the original price.

If not, Its gonna continue to have fans from other teams to make a one time purchase.

RAMs vs ATL,

Att: 71k+
Looked like there were about 10k of Falcon fans there based off the TV view and sound.

The RAMs made this game closer than what it should of been.

Giving up four turnovers, two INTs, one fumble on offense and a block punt by ST.

The offense:

Starting with the OL.
With Anchrum going out early in the game with a ankle injury.
A-Jax came in and did a pretty good job at RG.
The RAMs OL was giving Staff plenty of time to throw.
Only gave up 1 sack and two QB Hit.
and opening up holes for the run game.
But if you look at the final total run numbers off the playbook,
it could be constued because of the negative run on the last offense play,
where Powell took it back -26yds to kill the clock and took a safety.

Stafford got off to a hot start, with I believe it was 10 for 10 in comp,
then he thew his first INT.
His final stats
36/Att, 27/comp, Comp/75% 272yds, 1/sack, 3/TD, 2/INT, passer rating/100.7

Kupp had an outstanding game until he fumble on his last play.
But he did play a hell of a game, especially the spin move after he caught the ball,
to get extra yardage.
Kupps stats:
14/Targets, 11/rec, 108 9/yds, 2/TD
Finally,
ARob was part of the game plan.
Stats:
5/Targets, 4/Rec, 53/yds, 1/TD

The Defense:
They played a pretty good game:
Even though AD had a quiet game, only 1 QB hit.
The team total defense stats:
3 sacks, 6 QB hits, 2/INTs one by Durant and the other to save the game by RAMsey.
Only giving up 261 net yards. 3rd downs 3 for 10 and forth downs, 1 for 2

ST
They actually played a good game,
until they gave up that block punt,
in which it made the game closer than what it should of been.

With the team giving up four turnovers, we still won the game.

The blocked punt, Kupp fumble and OB kickoff/punt after the safety is what made it close. 3 fluke plays. But they overcame it all. I can live with it.

That game remided my of the 2021 NFC Playoff tilt in Tampa. The Rams had the game in hand and flubbed the 2nd half (end of 1st) to make it a close one.

Yeah, the defense played really good IMO,

They only gave up 17pts in this game,

From those points, Atl score on a drive from one of the rams TO.

The other 10pts came off the block pt from ST and scored a TD, and a 2 pt conv,

and a safety at the end of the game.
