I would be very surprised of McVay lets Thomas Brown leave the Rams. With the twitter announcements that London and Hankton are being interviewed for the OC role I actually think those interviews are an effort to gauge their interest in a lesser role like RB coach or passing game coordinator/TE coach.

Brown will be named the OC with Greg Olsen joining the staff in a QB coach role or some other title. I don't think Cohen leaves KU unless he is named the OC, but with Brown being regarded so highly I think the Rams braintrust goes that direction.

Jordan Rodrigue says some announcements and current staff changes should be announced this weekend. McVay wants this "buttoned up" so he can decompress and get to Cancun ASAP.

I read the Cohen was a hot prospective head coaching candidate for an NFL team. Good move being able to nab him. Even though its probably for one season. Someone will poach him next year. Brown should be promoted after that. Which would probably mean he'll be a head coach the following year. Everyone is looking for the next Sean McVay.

If I'm a young coach, why would I want to go anywhere but the Rams. Its a fast track up the coaching ladder.
