Yeah it was. Read my post above. If Hogan had Hackenburg God given ability, he'd be a top pick.
You can see the talent oozing out of that arm of Hackenburg but seems like a 10 cent brain

Talent oozing out of Hackenburgs arm? His first throw at the combine he over threw a guy on a simple out route by 5 feet. I've never seen such an inconsistent QB hyped so much based off his freshman season. Especially since the freshman season wasn't even that good! Guys a 58% completion and not even a 2 to 1 td/int ration.

As good as anyone out there.
Footwork? Abysmal, which lead to the aforementioned throw
Just looks like a kid who has all the gifts and hasn't capitalized on them
And his freshman year was impressive. He was a true Frosh playing on a team that had studs transfer out and limited scholarship players coming in. Looked like his ceiling was sky high
