Rams COO Kevin Demoff puts St. Louis home on the market

Kevin Demoff couldn’t wait to get home.

The Los Angeles native and his wife, Jennifer, have put their 4,121-square-foot Creve Coeur home on the market weeks after helping the Rams bolt for Southern California.

The home, on Faron Hill Road, is “casual yet incredibly elegant and modern,” its listing says.
Among the features: a walk-out finished lower level and a media room.

The listing price is $1.2 million. The property last sold for $920,000 in 2009.

Prior to helping Stan Kroenke leave his home state, Demoff spent four seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And from 2001 to 2004, he worked for the Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League.

Demoff, a graduate of Dartmouth College, is a defendant in one lawsuit brought by St. Louis fans against the Rams. It alleges that he and Kroenke lied about their intention to move the team, in violation of Missouri law.

SportsBusiness Journal, an affiliated publication, this month named Demoff one of its 40 Under 40 honorees.

StLoo looking for their pound of flesh. I guess they have to figure out a way to pay off the former ED. Sounds like sour grapes though. So if they can even prove hat the Rams knew or didn't know, did they actually commit fraud. Or is lying illegal under Missouri law. If that's the case, the Rams should counter with being mislead by StLoo, in writing, about their intentions to maintain a top facility for their team.
Sour grapes are sometimes called w(h)ine.

It's insane. So could Bud drinkers also say that they were lied to before the company was bought or could airline travelers sue because they built a new a new runway for TWA/American then the hub was closed.

I remember Demoff going on the radio this time last year saying it was just as likely the Rams would stay as go, sounded like sober realism to me...

So his home is listed at around $243 per square foot. In my neighborhood that house would sell for over $4M. WOW, a buck goes a lot further in flyover-ville.

Never an article without a subtle jab like "bolt", "jet", or "sneak" in the first line or two about the move. Shame.

I think they can now better relate to how unhappy we were.

Kevin Demoff is a good man and I'm pleased he's the COO for the Rams and I am also very confident the Rams will put forth a superior product moving forward because they have to. Looking forward to seeing the master plan to propel this franchise into the upper echelon of the National Football League.

My team is now where they've always belonged and a wrong was righted now I understand how some in the Gateway City are bitter, but overall it was better for the franchise and the palatial venue that is being constructed will be second to none and soon, very soon, the Los Angeles Rams will be the toast of Tinseltown.
