time for the ap to name donald league mvp, the dude is clearly that good, the dude is clearly deserving... the last time a non-qb was named ap mvp was 2012, adrian peterson... and since 1961, when the ap started announcing league mvp winners, only 2 defensive players have made the cut - 1971 alan page, 1986 lawrence taylor.

Its funny,,, trying to give props to his little brother and trying to make a case for him...

But maybe he needs to check this out...

While his little brother has better numbers,,,

JJ didn't account for AD being double & triple teamed and still his numbers are close to TJ,,,

Screw the Watts. With the exception of the GB game when AD was seriously hampered because of the injury, nobody could stop him. Watt was healthy and Cleveland put up 41 points on Pittsburgh's D. But that wasn't an anomaly. Down the stretch (1-4) they allowed an average of 24.8 PPG. That didn't happen on Aaron Donald's D. Put the Watt brothers together and maybe they're better than AD.

JJ Watt is just being a biased homer for his brother. Ask every DC who they'd rather have and Donald would shut out Watt 32-0.

Just so that we put things into their proper context…

The above charts indictate that TJ Watt accomplished all that he did while being double-teamed about 17% of the time…

While 99-Donald accomplished all that he did while being double-teamed (and sometimes TRIPLE-teamed) as an interior lineman nearly 70% of the time…

'clunk' (That was the sound of me dropping my microphone…)
