I don't understand the praise for how Goff is handling things. He has twice gone to Silver who has clearly been on Goff's side. These are articles intended to make Goff look good and the Rams look bad. Goff has been passive aggressive and petulant IMO. He's glad to go somewhere that appreciates him? Gimme a break.

Rams gave the guy the most guaranteed money ever and rewarded him with an early contract. If that isn't appreciation, I don't know what is. And how has he performed since taking all that guaranteed money? He's been one of the worst producing starting QB's in the league for 40+ games. And this is just the stuff that we know about.

If Goff is acting like this now, I can see why there might have been a leadership problem in the locker room. Obviously McVay and Goff weren't seeing things the same way when it came to football and it seemed to deteriorate from there. Many are down on McVay right now but from what I've seen, he's been right about all of these drastic moves. I'm inclined to think that he is again.

I have watched the rams the last 3 seasons nas Goff was really poor at clock management-costly timeouts nearly every game. Who is at fault ? Mc vay can't change the play after what-15 seconds ? Goff isn't quick enough to change the play after reading the defense, result timeout. Evidently alot of analysts think mc vay is a great coach. I disagree. He needs an offensive coordinator. Mc vay will never be a andy reid or belichek. Time will tell but stafford came at a high cost.
