I remember that Rams win vs Pittsburgh on Monday night with Jaworski leading the way, like it was just, well.... 39 years ago. Hindsight.... should have kept Jaws. Reset 39 years later......Rams QB search continues.

I was in the stands at that game, too. That was my first NFL game in person (our seats were in row 3 on the 10-yard line). I grew up in Utah, and my family spent Christmas in California in 1975, so I told my dad it would a great idea to go see the Rams on MNF at the Coliseum, and he said ok. Then, having beaten the Steelers on Jaworski's sneak, I told my dad we should go back the next Saturday for the first round playoff game, and my dad said ok. Watched the Rams beat up on the St. Louis Cardinals from the peristyle end. Then we left California to go back home, and we won't talk about what happened the following week in the NFC Championship.

Great times.

Were you at the 10yrd line at the peristyle end? That's the end where Jaws scored on the sneak. If so, I think i was at the 25yrd line approx 20rows up from you.

I've never ever figured out WTF happened the following week. It was like someone drugged the players or something. The most exciting thing for me, if you can call it that, was I sat next to x-Cowgirl Duane Thomas for that game (what a freakin embarrassment).
