At first I was all for a shared stadium. Anything to get the Rams back to LA.

Now that they are back home I want the Chargers and Raiders to stay the heck out.

I don't want to share my long lost love just returned home. I want to visit their house WITHOUT a roommate being home. I don't want someone else's laundry on the floor. Their dirty dishes in the sink. Or their friends hanging around.

Get your own house! This one belongs to the Rams.

I'm sure everyone here agrees with that. Hopefully, this is all b.s., like a lot of the Chargers/Spanos/Fabiani crap over the past year and SD finds a way to keep the Chargers. If the Rams do have to share a stadium in LA, it's much better to have the Chargers share with the Rams instead of the Raiders.

No way Davis is anything more than out tenant. NFL $100M and another equity partner and the Silver and Black will stay in Oakland.

Spanos will be out of his mind to come here. 1/2 $2.6 B is $1.3B + $550M is just under 2 B. It would seem the reward is not worth the risk. The alternative again is the $1 rent to be the runt, leave SD open to potentially lose the rest of his fan base. This doesn't factor the $100M from NFL to stay

I also believe that ESK would prefer to keep it solo. NFL too. Watch ESK help put Spanos and SD together so that they can get er done down threre.

Just aa hunch,,, could be wrong. Definitely what I'd prefer.

Spanos fan base is mostly San Diego. He knows that. Moving to LA would alienate that fan base. No way he could make up the difference in LA with the Rams in town. I always felt it was never about him wanting LA. It was about him wanting to keep Stan from LA. He gambled and lost. His best bet is the let Stan and the NFL help him mend fences in San Diego and build a new stadium there.

I have a new found respect for Stan Kroenke. I'm glad he's our owner. He's not the kind of guy you want to cross. The Rams will be in good shape with him calling the shots. And the best thing, he's not a meddling Jerry Jones or Dan Syder type of owner. He knows he's not qualified to make football decisions. He lets his paid professionals do that.
