But, high profile person in LA who loves the Rams would not be bad. Kroenke is rich and respected, but not really the guy who wants to be in front of the media. I fully expect he has a plan for this.

Magic is an "LA fan". He's a fan of all of the LA area teams. He was a Rams season ticket holder when they played in Anaheim. I agree with everything else you said.
