Seems more like a PR piece for the public than the owners. by dieterbrock 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 11512 Joined: Mar 31 2015 New Jersey Hall of Fame Re: Peacock Rebuttal?? POST #32 TOPIC AUTHOR "No irreparable harm has been done to our relationship or the potential to forge a true partnership that will serve the NFL, the Rams and St. Louis for decades to come. St. Louis is an NFL town. It is home to the St. Louis Rams and our team owner is Mr. Kroenke. We look forward to the next chapter and sincerely appreciate you taking the time to consider our response."That alone is why I hate Peacock, and wish the people of St Louis would realize that this guy did NOTHING to help, only to enhance his image.Where was this tone in the year this was going on?Peacock has been acting like his name, minus the Pea all year towards Kroenke. Refused to refer to him by name, nor refer to the Rams, merely an "NFL City"He's bag of windI really went in to this thinking its a win win but now more than ever I want St Louis to lose by OldSchool 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 1750 Joined: Jun 09 2015 LA Coliseum Pro Bowl Re: Peacock Rebuttal?? POST #33 Got a good laugh at him saying St Louis drew more fans than LA the last 10 years vs the last 10 in LA. My God these people are ignorant. Just because the Rams gave away 30,000 tickets and only 15,000 showed up doesn't mean that you have the reported 51,000 tickets distributed in the stadium. The LA days they actually counted people who showed up not some fictional number of tickets distributed. by Pancake 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 54 Joined: Jun 18 2015 LA Coliseum Practice Squad Re: Peacock Rebuttal?? POST #34 Not to mention the LA Rams were not even in LA during the time frame they reference. They were in a shitty baseball stadium in Anaheim. But when they were in LA they packed the coliseum at a time when the LA population was less than half what it is now. by Hacksaw 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 24523 Joined: Apr 15 2015 AT THE BEACH Moderator Re: Peacock Rebuttal??
