The thing is, unless Kroenke has totally taken the threat of going rogue/lawsuit off the table, they have to account for it in their solution...

Yup, at this point I say F 'em and lets move no matter what the game players do. Who has the energy of the patience to deal with this... and these jokers?

There is only 1 serious player at the table, and he is the one with the biggest pocket book, land ownership, and approved construction plans. I'll drive the damn moving truck !!!
