Hey do you need a partner? And I promise I won't try to block you from parking cars and making a profit. ;)

Its hard for me to believe that Carson site is still being considered. If they award the Charaiders Carson, be prepared for a major fiasco. I will be at the site watching their every move. I already have a good repoir with the gate guards and one of the EPA inspectors, so I should have a few inside sources if they approve the Carson site.
I still don't believe Carson gets the nod. Just too many open ends and lots of uncedrtainty. No one has any clue about when they can start. So far as I know, Carson is waiting until the site is approved before they try and sell the bonds (50 million worth, which isn't going to be enough) to do the remediation, and how long will that take?
One more month before we know.

I think it's 50/50 still, I have little doubt that Kroenke has a few aces up his sleeve, but I don't know how much it'll matter in the end. It's obvious that Spanos has some very influential friends in the NFL, and they're working hard to get him into Carson. Is it the smarter deal? Not a chance, but like I said before, the NFL is big enough to be dumb enough to think that it doesn't matter.

And factor in a viable St. Louis stadium and nothing from Oakland or San Diego and the Spanos people can now sway that anti Spanos people. If all three cities had nothing then obviously IMO, the best deal would prevail.

That BoA approval, as transparent and flimsy as it is, is still an approval.

I dunno. Maybe I'm looking at things in a different way. I see the owners as businessmen. The more teams that make money, the more money they all get. The Bay Area has triple the population of the STL metro area and the median income is around $20K more than the STL area. I know they have to share with another team in that market, but there's still plenty enough to support the team better than STL could.

San Diego is closer to STL, but they still have probably a few hundred thousand more people and their median income is a little under $10 more than STL. Still a better market.

So why would the owners abandon those markets in order to keep the lowest valued market? It doesn't make business sense. I know its the NFL and they do what they want. And they want to be loyal to Spanos who's been around much longer than Kroenke. But again, they will make much less money in STL than the other markets.

Why don't they let the L.A. fans vote on which team they wont there? they're the ones that are going to be supporting the team.
