The Rams are 0-8 with Vinovich as the head ref, since his return in 2012. That is why this is the impression. He quit for a few years due to heart problems.

i heard he quit due to mob/league death threats because he allowed the rams to go 2-2 in his first 4 games as crew chief, then promised to never let that happen again and was allowed back... john parry is in a witness protection program given the rams 7-0 record under his crew's watch, hopefully the mob/league won't get to him too.

I sometimes wish they could put me in witness protection. Sometimes when I used to drive to work I was tempted to not take my exit off the freeway and just keep on driving. Never to be heard from again. Then I remember we're having a potluck at work so I take the exit with my mouth salivating. The people I worked with sure could cook. 8-) 8-)

The ref on the field makes the bad call to start with. If there isn't a good image of the placement, it would be difficult to overrule. The head ref does discuss the call with Riveron. One angle looked short (but not a full yard) and others looked like a first down. Hekker was certain he made it, McVay thought he did, or whoever was in the booth did, players near the play thought he made and most fans watching did. In fact it looked like the ball was placed a full yard short, where Hekker's knee was down.

If you don't see it that way, fine. If you don't believe the NFL is fixed and that the Sports Entertainment designation is just an innocent business decision fine. If you never saw a bad call and thought it was on purpose fine. But if you can't discuss it seriously, then I see no point in discussing it further.

agree on both counts, i find it impossible to discuss this (or take this) seriously, and there's really no point in my discussing it further, same applies to fake moon landings.

Speaking of moons. It's supposed to be a full blood red moon Sunday night. Lots of energy in the air.

I had no idea that you believed in fake moon landings. Odd.
