What an amazing time we've had over the last 2 weeks.!! Huge respect to the coaching staff for getting the most out of the players when it really counts. I feel blessed right now, I really do.!! I'm going to do everything in my power to try and enjoy the next two weeks and not concern myself with Tom Brady and the Patriots. Although I feel like the Rams deserved to win against the Saints, and the right team is representing the NFC in the Superbowl. You've got to at least feel a little sorry for the Saints and their supporters. I know if the shoe was on the other foot, I'd be going crazy. The Saints get knocked out of the playoffs last year to the miracle in Minneapolis, and to then fall victim to an awful call like that has to be gut wrenching for any team. But at the end of the day, The Saints had plenty of chances to put the game away, but the Rams defense stood firm every single time. This is why I feel the right team won the game.
The improvement in the play of the Rams defense has been remarkable.! The key to the turn around being the reemergence and return to form of Mr. Suh>. I'm hoping for a huge game from Suh in the SuperBowl. After watching him over the last two weeks, I think it's fair to say that Suh is a player for the big occasion. It's not just Suh though, nearly all the players on defense are playing their best football of the year, when it counts most.!!
I think Fowler has punched his ticket to the Ramily, and will be signed by the Rams this off-season. LaMarcus Joyner on the other hand, might be playing elsewhere next season. I've still not forgiven him for his lack of conviction going for the ball against Ginn. WTF was he playing at there.!!!
What about our hugely under appreciated, yet superb starting QB Jared Goff. What more has this kid got to prove, before fans will actually start warming to him. This kid is one of the best QB's in the NFL, and his consistency speaks for itself.
Shout out to Greg The Leg. I never doubted him for a second. More shout outs to Talib, Reynolds, Everett, Higbee, Peters didn't let us down in New Orleans, the punter. Everyone is killing it right now. :)
