You are right, I didn't have to mention that last bit of him trying to be smartest guy. I apologize to @aeneas1. I do love his stats but I hate when he leaves things out like what I said earlier. It makes it seem like I'm ranting for no reason, I think we can all agree that 56% is not acceptable with the talent we have on offense, and that blame falls on McVay. And most importantly, we have to be able to score there consistently, in the redzone, to make it to the super-bowl, which is our end goal.

If only he’d listen to you... :roll2:

We rank #16 @aeneas1 don't leave out all the numbers For someone that loves numbers and loves to rub it in peoples faces, how about you mention that we are ranked #16 in the Redzone.. you think you are the smartest guy in the room, get over yourself.

Great take until this:

I am not sure you get how this works here but, you are very close to finding out.

Attack the premise of the post, NOT the poster. and I say this after going after you personally in the chat a few weeks back. I was out of line. And so now again, are you. Leave the snarky remarks and vitriol somewhere else.

Looks like you jumped off the bash Goff bandwagon to the bash McVay bandwagon. The fact is, they are neither real good or real bad in the redzone. Middle of the pack. Most fans aren't happy with their team's redzone performance. They think their team should score a TD every time down there.

McVay has acknowledged he's still learning plenty of things. The way he turned this offense around so fast, there is no reason to think he won't improve in that area to get into the top 5. We have a 32 year old coach and a 24 year old quarterback. Plus, sometimes players just don't execute.

Man, the Patriots just get to waltz through the division on to the playoffs again. Are the Jets, Bills and Dolphins ever going to challenge them?

One of the dolts on GMF ranked the Rams fifth and Carolina third. It was Brandt.

Right now the Rams rank 16th in redzone scoring percentage (td only). Last 3 games taken separately they rank 24th. They are at around 56%. 6 teams are higher than 70%. The Steelers are just above 78%. Steeler fans can complain all the want about their team not being 100%. 78% is still better than 56%.

So yeah the Rams can get better at that. Just imagine when they do. :shock2:
