I know it is a much better stadium than the Coliseum but spending that kind of coin, I really want something that I can be happy with. I'm starting to debate if it would be better to skip a few games a year and spend the money that would otherwise go to the SSL on better seats on the games I do go to.Guess it is hard to say until they give me the call/email and I can start seeing what really is open rather than hearsay. I still think this could have gone better/more fairly. Trying to stay optimistic but starting to get melt a bit.I know this is probably a dumb question, but I'm wondering why front row is important to a lot of folks. I frankly never thought about it until my sales rep mentioned it to me before my wave came up - he wanted to set my expectations that the front row may not be available on the 50 in the 300 and 400 sections when my turn came up. It surprised me at the time that he was making a big deal about it and I told him I didn't care about the front row. I similarly don't care about the aisle, as I find it annoying to have people constantly climb over me getting in and out of their seat during the game. Now that I see so many references to front row and aisle seats in this forum, it has made me worried that I somehow am missing something - that I should have chosen something on, say, the 30 in the front row as opposed to what I bought, which was the 3rd row in the 300 and 400 sections right on the 50.So, for those who prefer front row and aisle seats - why would you choose a section farther from the 50 in order to get front row / aisle seat vs. being closer to the 50 in a mid-row seat in, say, the 3rd or 4th row? by Mr. Sparkle 6 years 2 months ago Total posts: 981 Joined: Nov 28 2017 Orange County Ca. Veteran Bonsignore: Rams and Chargers to begin premium club seat sales for new Inglewood stadium POST #299 There are advantages and dis advantages. Just like airline seats. I have a coworker that loves windows and I love aisle seats. He hates aisle seats as you have to get up every time someone wants to use the bathroom. I like the space and being able to get up and not bothering people. As far as stadium seating, I think it really depends on the venue. I had decent seats at the Coliseum until I got relocated because of the renovation. Rather than having a "better view" i choose to have the front row in a worse section. You are correct, it is annoying having people constantly walk by me, especially during plays. I am a bit taller so feel bad when I have to stand up to see around these folks and then it domino effects for everyone behind me. I think the new stadium will resolve much of this. The sight lines are better and each section is much smaller so there will be way less people walking in front of you. None the less, still something special about a front row seat. Regardless, I remember the day tickets went on sale back in 2016 at 10 AM on a Monday. I left a work meeting early to sign up. It has been a very long time waiting(not to mention their 22 years in STL) and just want to have that choice. Its like 10PM Xmas eve as a kid... except you don't know when you can open your gifts. I ended up moving to $2k seats in section 405. Kind of a cool location. Only 3 rows. Like its our own little balcony.I would have thought that these would have flown off the shelf, great entry value with what you can exclusive area without the price tag haha.Did the 2k’s still have a wide selection? I still think this could have gone better/more fairly. Trying to stay optimistic but starting to get melt a bit.A friend called me and said he just picked up 4 seats in Sec 450 row 1 so they still have row 1 seats available just not in the $1k SSL section. He also mentioned they still had row 1 endzone seats in the 300s so hopefully you will get some row 1 seats to your liking.
