So last year i had 3 basic takeaways from camp:

Woods
Higbee
Barwin

All looked like they were gonna be factors in 2017 to me.

I was 1 for 3.

I've been thinking about what my 3 takeaways from for 2018 would be.

Cooks for sure, the connections between him and Goff, his integration into the offense, all seems tantalizingly real based on camp.

I was impressed with Lucas, his size and his play, so that one was wrong.

3rd? Not sure. Do i double down on Woods? He looked even more ready to be a big contributor than last year.

Suh? He looked dominant at times but he's Ndamukong Suh, of course he did.

Maybe i don't have a third one?

Let's hope i go 1/2 this year...

I'd throw in Kupp. A year under his belt. He could be even better and he was pretty good last year. He's a really smart player and the more he learns the better he'll get.

I think a good 3rd selection could be the impact of the 2 cornerbacks (Talib and Peterson). They make a huge impact allowing single coverages even when dealing with the other teams ace.

Then, just how many INT's will those 2 guys be responsible for this year?
