I'd be shopping a new HC but wouldn't throw the current one out without an O coordinator change and a decent QB just yet. jmo, as unpopular as Fishydude seems to be getting.

Question looms, will Fisher hire one? He's had two changes and failed, so IMO, in order for Fisher to hire the right offensive coordinator like they did to Dick Vermeil somebody else is going to have to tell him who the right guy is.

In true Fish Fashion, we will Beat the Bengals, Cards, and shesquats and lose by 1-3 points to the rest (lions/whiners/bucs) and finish 7-9. The rallying cry will be, once again, look how they fared in the division, look at how many close games they should have won. They are soooooo close. They will be a playoff team NEXT YEAR.

It's true but blowing the staff up chops the head off. If you don't have a better head then you are no better. This team is built by and for Fishwillams schemes and remove them and the team is a big question mark whether the players fit the new head.
I'm no happier with the results than anybody here,, but we might just be a O-lineman and NFL QB away from putting it all together. Oh and a real OC. Cig's goes, Bring in MM, Turner, Gase, somebody and move that ball. We are solid everywhere else. (OL?)

If Fish would do that, than I'd honestly be ecstatic. But I just think the IF is too big, and he just won't do it. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the F.O. or Ownership will force the issue. We shall see.
