Every year, there are new participants in the playoff tournament. Last year, the Rams crashed the party. Who will do it in the NFC this year?

If you identify a crasher, you can also post which team you think will be displaced.

I have Dallas taking the Panthers' spot.

I also see the Vikings as a potential crash. Much as i hate to admit it, losing Pat Shurmur could hurt them a lot...

If Aaron Rogers stays healthy all season its hard to imagine the Packer not crashing the party. I think they'll displace the Falcons. The Panthers are always a possibility to fall flat. It seems like the follow a good season with a not so good season sometimes.

Agree on that. With a healthy Rogers and also a motivated J Graham, Packers should make it.

Not sure who is displaced, but I’d love it to be the Falcons.

Well looky,, the Hags are @ 50-1.
Miners @ 20-1.

I think the Pack will bounce back.

A year removed from Shanny I predict the Falcons fail.

looking at the last 20 seasons, on average half of the postseason teams (6 of 12) didn't make it back the following year, while 2017 marked just the second in the last 20 years that a whopping 8 postseason teams from the previous year didn't make it back.

anyway, here's a look - the blue text indicates the postseason teams that made it to the super bowl (teams that returned to the postseason the following year made it to the big show almost twice as often as postseason crashers (26 times vs 14 times)):
