Pretty hard to have a ball control offense and dominating running game when you are 31st in offensive plays per game, and 31st converting on 3rd down. This has got to be driving Fisher nuts.

I don't thinks so. I think we are a legit QB, LT, C,TE, WR1,WR2 and maybeTE2 away from being talented on offense. Otherwise its just a bunch of guys playing on unrealized or not much real potential.

If The talent is that bad on offense, whose fault is that? Fisher has been drafting for four years now. Either he has talent and doesn't know how to use it or he has no idea how to acquire offense of talent. Either way it's on him.

Maybe Fisher reinvents himself, changes philosophy, hires and fully supports a competent OC and becomes successful. But that seems pretty unlikely.

It's still amazing to me how he's all in on a cutting edge, push the envelope defense but remains in the stone age when it comes to offense.

This HC drives me more insane than any other HC I can recall.

Just illustrates that you need a good QB to win consistently in this league. This roster is loaded and ready to go to the playoffs. Just gotta find that guy at QB that can give you an average of 2TDs and 1INT a game. Find that and watch how good this team will be. Fisher could be more aggressive, but he did draft Donald and Gurley. Fish and Snead are well aware of the problem and I expect them to have another good off season and draft.

Say you did fire Fisher, who are you gonna bring in that is definitively better?
