The Ram brain-trust ought to know by now that Goff needs a clean pocket. Even we, on this sight, know that much. The issue is why isn't there the personnel to insure this? The answer might be that there is too much money being spent on "skilled" players so there isn't enough money or draft...
The Ram's chance is mathematical at this point. They will be doing well to win 3 more games.
"And that long wind up when he throws the ball really worries me. He's giving defenders that extra half second to hit his arm on the release. I believe a lot of his fumbles he was starting the process to throw the ball and never got the chance because someone hit his arm/hand/ball. A quicker re...
Absolutely know my opinion means nothing but my gut told me the Rams should have traded Goff to whomever was willing to pay for whatever they were willing to give. He just needs too much to be effective...especially for 130 million.
I especially like the entry about Goff. I agree completely.https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/th ... li=BBnbfcL

Truth be told, there snap over the head beginning of the game and Goff's controversial fumble evens out. One bad call should not cost us a game...What are we the Saints?? LOL I agree. The call was bad but that doesn't automatically take 7 points off of the final score. There was a lot of football p...
Reality. Goff's guaranteed 110 million makes him is THE HIGHEST PAID player in the NFL. Think about what I just said after watching him perform this year. Higher than Russel, higher than Ben, a trainload higher than Mahomes. Gurley also makes a lot of money. Between the two what's left for an effect...
Goff needs a lot of time, clean passing lanes and wide open receivers. He got that for a while and he flourished. Then...Gurley became a shadow of what he used to be and defensive coordinators started putting lots of pressure on Goff. Now he not only misses throws but he has become a turnover machin...
Gurley, when he was the most effective, was a target in the passing game. He mixed his game up and that made him more effective in each phase. Now he gets half the touches that he got when the Ram offense was a force. Bottom line...he is now an overpaid decoy that's not even effective doing that any...
