Most likely starts last weekend of July. We will probably know actual dates soon but i did stumble upon this at the UCI website:

Last year there were 15 open practices but the Rams will spend a few days training with the Ravens.

Received the following email invitation on Thursday, June 28, at 2:30 PM. A PRIVATE Members Only Practice and Fan Rally for Season Ticket Members & SSL Holders on Friday, July 27. Four adults and four children under 18 are permitted. RBs and WRs will be signing autographs. See you there! Go Rams!
