Is this Mike Thomas? Looks like a different person, in a good way...

Yes, that's him. I assume you think he looks bigger? I don't know if he's any bigger than he was last season, but he got bigger between his first and second season.

I hope he gets some time this year, I like his speed and size now.

Not a lot of depth at WR, so he’s pretty much a lock to make the team.

Decent teams player.

Just don’t have him return kicks.

For as deeply as Thomas was buried on our roster last year, when he got suspended for 4 games MacVay didn't expose him to the PS. That was very telling about how highly he thinks of his potential.

Yeah he looks bigger and meaner, like a TE. But i realize that could just be the camera/lens/perspective...

I'd say the WR corp is extremely deep.

Cooks, Woods, Kupp, Reynolds, Cooper and Thomas. That's deeper than anywthing we've had since Ike, Torry, Az and Ricky. And I'd bet Ricky Juene and Mitchell press for that sixth spot, perhaps with one even making it a 7 man squad. Hell they like that first 6 so much they've only brought in 4 others.

Get that Pa.

What I mean is that he is pretty much a lock to make the team.

I have a running gag with a fellow poster when we talk football.

You’ve got the good Mike Thomas, and the bad Mike Thomas. Guess which one is a Ram? ( I know, I know, really high brow stuff )

I don’t know if it was just the coaching last year, but he definitely improved his game. Still has a way to go, though, to get out of the JAG category.

I’d say he’s more than a JAG, with noodle arm Mannion in check down mode, he caught 3 balls for 75 yards against the Niners in his one start.
Hard for any 4th/5th WR to get any significant PT on this crew.
