Are some guys just going to get injured though? It seems regardless of approach, some guys are going to miss time. So, is it better to subject those guys to playing and identify them and move on? Disagree. The assumption that it is all on Donald is against the few facts we have. Those facts are, they are working and negotiating and moving toward compromise. That probably means BOTH that the Rams initial offer was too low, and that Donald's initial demand was too high, and that it always was...

The Rams are a business. They have a forward thinking CFO and GM. They have a bottom line. Donald likely wants more than they can afford with their projected salaries. Something has got to give. Guaranteed amounts is likely where the wiggle room comes from.
