I just assumed they tagged him because he wanted more and wouldn't sign for what they were offering. I don't know any numbers.

Snead is not going to let Watkins go. He traded a 2rd pick and EJ Gaines for him. Either he’s going to get tagged or signed to a deal. My view? It;s not up to Snead by himself. If McVay doesn't want him they will move on. They're not going to force an expensive player on the coach if the coach does...

I hope the Rams don't over think the Tru contract. If he wants to be in LA to be a part of a franchise on the rise, in a great new stadium, dynamic head coach, a core of strong defensive players, with more media exposure than he'd get anywhere else, he will accept a reasonable offer That's precisel...

The take on Akeb Talib I hear is that he's a head case and probably not worth it.

literally writing the contracts I agree with you ... but I believe he had a huge impact when it comes to being involved in the decisions to allocate funds to specific players or positions I think that statement's fair...but there are footnotes. In terms of having a huge impact, he mostly did, and t...

I blame both the Aaron Donald situation and the Tru situation on Jeff Fisher. Neither of these could be fixed properly last year, this year they can. Sadly it will somewhat hurt the depth of the team while the Rams are trying to add a few more piecess. Fisher didn't write the contracts though, just...

My guess is that Tru wants money in the upper tier, 13-15 M range. And he is not worth that. Meanwhile one thing Snead/Fisher/Wms and Snead/Phillips have been able to do consistently is find DBs. For example, they found Jenkins, Johnson, and McLeod all in 2012. 3 good starters in one year. I don't t...

Well if I followed, the question was, will Keim make Arz better.

His skills as a personnel guy indicate he probably will.

Don;t know how soon, but odds are, he will.

It’s being reported that JM didn’t want to uproot his family etc. was he expecting the colts to move to foxborough? He’s been in Denver , St. Louis and back in Foxborough so he probably knows how it works. Nothing wrong with staying in NE, you have a chance to win every year but he and the organiza...
